All sessions are professionally marshalled by CRB checked and first aid qualified Adrenalin Rush staff who will give advice and encouragement throughout.
South London Scout Camp, Dulwich. There are no catering facilities at the Scout Camp, so you must bring your own. Room hire may be available.
Please dispose of your waste responsibly – if bins are full, please take your rubbish home with you.

Please note that we can take 24 in a session (more if we rotate (which works well), so if you do not want to share, you must book all 24 spaces even if you have less.

We may cancel your booking if the booking guidelines are not followed.
Numbers
10 is the minimum number of players we need to run a session. This doesn’t mean you have to bring 10, it means we need at least 10 to open. If you have less than 10, you can pay for 10, or you will have to join an existing booking. Alternatively, you can make a booking and hope that another group joins you, but there is no guarantee of this. Please check the website to see if bookings have come in. In the event that no other group(s) joins, your session will only go ahead if you pay for 10.
24 is the maximum number who can play at the same time. We can sometimes accommodate more, but we will have to split them into 3 or more teams and rotate them. We’ve had over 40 players and it worked well!
If you would like exclusive/private use (i.e. not share your session with another group), you will need to book and pay for all 24. It is important that you book all 24 spaces so that further bookings cannot be made. Please note approximate numbers in the comments box of the booking form. You can have exclusive use even if you have less than 24, but you must book all 24 spaces.
If, after making your booking you wish to add more players, please check availability on the website before inviting more players. If there is space, make a booking online for the extra spaces and we’ll add them to your existing booking.
You must reply to the confirmation and reminder emails you will receive, to confirm exact numbers by the Monday before the party. Please make a diary note to do this!! If we do not hear from you, we can only assume you’re not coming and your booking will be cancelled/offered to others.
Newsletter / Emails
Upon booking you agree for us to contact you via email or phone.
We may also send you news, discounts and promotions via our newsletter which you may unsubscribe to at any time by contacting us or clicking unsubscribe in the newsletter.
Prices
Prices for standard/ daytime sessions are £20 per person or £450 for all 24 spaces (private/exclusive use). As long as you confirm numbers on the Monday before the party, we will refund you if you have less than you booked for.
For Exclusive Use (private use for upto 24 players), please enter 24 into Exclusive Use box and pay the full amount (£450) on booking. You will still need to confirm numbers by the Monday before the party.
Please ensure you pay the correct amount as failure to do so may result in your booking being rejected.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 28 days or more before your event will result in a full refund of your deposit.
Alternatively, subject to availability and giving us sufficient notice (at least a week), you may move your session to another date without the loss of your deposit.
Photos
You acknowledge that photos may be taken on the day of You with or without other individuals and, unless you specifically tell us otherwise in writing, You hereby grant Us permission to use such photos or an edited version of them in Our printed or electronic publications as well as in social media sites.
Picnic Area
The scout camp does not have catering facilities, but you can bring your own food to eat on the fields or hire a room (subject to availability).
